Full in house service
Our goal is to help borrowers get the funding they need to handle their real estate woes, and our lenders to fund trust deeds. From receipt of a borrower loan application all the way through loan payoff and property management, Spartan does it ALL. We originate and underwrite all our loans, handle all the documents associated with that process and once funded, we even handle escrow in house, in most situations. Each loan done through Spartan is insured through a title company, thus further protecting our lender’s invested interest. We will pass this along to our loan servicing department who services the loan throughout its term to maturity. Once at that state, our loan servicing department will handle the payoff and reconveyance of the trust deed, or if need be we do in house foreclosure process as well as property management. For years Spartan has truly been a full service mortgage company.

We can arrange almost any type of real estate secured loan in California, conforming, non-conforming, residential, apartments, commercial, land, construction, credit qualified, non-credit qualified, recent bankruptcy or even presently in a bankruptcy, as well as owner occupied purchases (up to 12 month term).
